Comprehensive athlete performance and Orthopedic Assessment
This essential 60-minute session includes a jump and sprint evaluation to measure lower body power, reactivity, and peak speed. Followed by a musculoskeletal assessment comprised of more than 50 measurements across the body. Should any joints be found outside the normal range, we will implement a corrective exercise program to ensure optimal performance, leading to a fully personalized training plan tailored to your needs. This assessment is essential for initiating training programs and tracking athlete progress.
